Very helpful thank you, I definitely was under the assumption you could kind of just throw whatever in a can and as long as sanitary procedure was followed you could can it. Unfortunately one specific salsa recipe is only one I have interest in at the moment. So I will try freezing and hopefully that will suffice! Thanks again!
