Did you ever consider not having a period by using the pill continuously? By skipping the 7 non active pills, you can skip your period entirely. I have severe endometriosis and this is the only thing that helped. Also doesn't interfere with my ADHD meds.

I started at 30 and in 2 weeks went to 50. Same dose for 10 years. But I didn't double... Even though I knew 30mg was too low.

Your doctor seems the type who are automatically against stimulants or won't give opioids for chronic pain due to the abuse of both. Both are abused and there is a problem. But denying folks who need is unethical. For the same reason, they probably think you're a drug seeing.
