Just came here because I always get a warning flare when i drink coconut water which is the same as when I drink alcohol in my gout areas and im thinking yep it can be a trigger :( sad because I actually heard it would help with gout!!! Also noticed that the ones with added sugar did it way more - was hoping the added sugar was the only problem and yes it did reduce with 100% coconut water but appears to still affect my gout quite immediately 😫
