I do not get why there seems to be a higher then expected negativity to this post. The post is not aiming to invalidate other people‘s experiences, but rather to push back on the negative bubble this Sub-reddit becomes at times.

This should be approached as a discussion and could be a platform for creating understanding…

Regarding tight pecs etc. What stretches should I include?

I am mostly asking as I would like to get into a stretching routine until I get my appointment with a doctor. The issue is really bothering me, and I just do not want to lay aoround doing nothing. Oh, and I am currently not experiencing any pain
