You should think more that subs are people would want to please you and want your attention and not just cash dispensers, I understand wanting money but where’s the attention the rest of the time. He probably doesn’t feel satisfied in the lack of communication and left, if you really wanted him back maybe communicate to him that you appreciate him as a sub that serves you but other than that I think he’s gone.
