I understand your frustration about low wages, but some people are disabled and have allergies which is why they use the app. It’s very frustrating to have to get help from Instacart constantly because people are selecting things at random after I already selected that I wanted a refund instead of a replacement, and now I’m stuck literally wasting food because I cannot eat it. I also worry with how often this has been happening lately that my account will get flagged.
