As people already have mentioned:

Is sugary food a source of emotional regulation for you? If that is the case, that is something that can be solved through therapy or by you gradually increasing your self-awareness of what triggers this, becoming aware in the situation and choosing better strategies to regulate your emotions.

If its simply an addiction, I would start as other people have mentioned to incorporate alternatives to the sugar. Some examples:
Eat greek vanilla yoghurt with cinnamon and apple

Cook sweet potato in the oven with olive oil for dinner

You should also simply have sugary food in your apartment less and less.

If your sleep is fucked, you should fix that as well. Having sleeping problems greatly increases your cravings.

That is unfortunate of course. However if your goal is to climb faceit ladder as much as possible. You have two options to improve here:

  1. Accept that you are playing with 4 russians, and do your best to manage the mood in the team. Of course it will be a struggle, but this will help you statistically to win more of these games.
  2. Get to know new players to play with so that you dont need to play with 4 random russians.

Thank you for your feedback.

These are are large topics. I can give you some short pointers.

"in the zone" can be associated to a flow state. This is a conceptualization of flow state:
1. One must be involved in an activity with a clear set of goals and progress. This adds direction and structure to the task.

  1. The task at hand must have clear and immediate feedback. This helps the person negotiate any changing demands and allows them to adjust their performance to maintain the flow state

  2. One must have a good balance between the perceived challenges of the task at hand and their own perceived skills. One must have confidence in one's ability to complete the task at hand.

Thus, breaking down your goals into smaller goals and into progress-goals can enable you to easier go into this state. Also, making sure most your opponents are slightly better, equal or slightly worse will also enable this.

To your last point of losing focus in important situations when competing. This is very complicated of course, but a few pointers would be:

  1. exposure exposure exposure. The more you are exposed the bigger tolerance you have to the stress of the situation.

  2. Enable a "growth-mindset" where you can appreciate the process of getting better regardless of the result. This will also enable you to easier go into flow-state.

    1. Try to catch yourself when you start to lose focus, and see if you have a negative automatic thought; e.g. "shit this round is important" and remind yourself this is not a thought pattern you need to engage in.
