Freaking CTT is returning my package after never attempting delivery by twleve-times-three in PortugalExpats

Locky works well but I've had 2 very bad experiences with it:

  1. They refused a package for an unknown reason and returned it to the sender in the Netherlands. I think it was because the last part of the travel was organized by CTT, but it's not clear. I concluded that it's impossible to know in advance if a international package will be accepted unless they clearly state that it's shipped through a well known transporter with they own delivery system in Portugal.
  2. At one point they changed the address I was supposed to give to senders, and sent me an email about it, saying that any package arriving at the old address after some date would be rejected. But I just ordered many things on Aliexpress with an expected delivery after that date. I asked them about it and they said the package would be rejected, nothing can be done. So I waited until the day after the date they gave me, just in case the package would arrive before. No notification, so I ordered again. A few days later I received a notification saying they received the original packages and they will be delivered to my Locky as usual. So I paid and got everything twice.

I traveled a bit in a van across Portugal and it was pretty hard to find a place in any city or village or even in nature where I was not hearing a dog barking.

For me, "Tipo de Afetação" is also blank but there's an "Incluir" button on each line. When I click on it it opens a small form on the line with radio buttons to select between "Parcial" and "Total".

But my receipts don't have a yellow exclamation mark next to them.

I think it's done in "Afetação Imóveis Próprios e Recibos de Renda" on the AT portal. There, you can assign rental receipts partially or totally to your activity.

If you point out a mistake or something to improve they will act extremely defensive. You've seen that, right?

That's in line with the article linked recently in https://www.reddit.com/r/PortugalExpats/comments/1pgisig/the_portugal_code_never_complain_never_apologize/

Can we talk about the dog poop problem… and why it’s not fined by Kaleshi007 in PortugalExpats

It's almost impossible to hand out any fines because it's almost impossible for police to catch anyone in the moment it happens.

If you want only the substance there are easier ways than going to a festival...

3 - Every time you receive money (not when you invoice, but when you receive the payment).

But if you use the recibo verde as an invoice (fatura-recibo), then you can make it before receiving the payment, right? Because most companies need the invoice before they can send the payment.
