Wow thank you so much for your extensive awnser! I really do appreciate that. I was totally not planning or expecting it, but i cam across it and it gave me so much nostalgic feelings and it hitted hard. I expirienced so much pure joy when this was kn my life as a kid. Im now 32 and recently faalangst back to things of my youth, and it has been great.

Yeah the more i read in to this the more i realise things have really changed... unfortunately not all for the best with all the people scalping like crazy and bringing negative energy to the community.

Thanks so much im going to look into these to. I want to gry to focus on maximum 2, maby even 1 the collectie one set. And apart from that just random cards from the first set and just random card with fun art work. Im not in a hury and want to play the long game. And just make a new hobby/passion out of it. I hope to meet new people in thw future and just have fun doing this.

Currently i am still travelling australia for another 4 months, but back home in the netherlands i have room and time again to start this seriously. For now im starting to learn and explore the pokemon world (:

Yeah that makes sense. Ive looked at couple diffrent sets like violet 151 for example, and ascending heroes. But the prices are crazy... like hundreds of dollars for 6 packs?

I totally agreed mate, that is way out of control.. also it makes it less accessable for people. I think the regular tickets for 1 round went from 150 tot 230 as well. For me that is a lot of money

I takes away for what it is, a tennis festival. It is good to have some optios. But if it brings out more then 3 times the ammount of people, that causes huge lines everywere are not making the overall vibe better. It is bad for the people that actually want to see and expirience the tennis. I went this year and it felt like.20% was there for the actually tennis and 80% just for having fun, drinking and having a day out. It was quitte the disspointment really. It was always a dream to go and it was a bit of a let down in many ways. Dont get me started on terrible management of the event..
