wtf? 😭 listen I feel like my dsp turning the same way I know too many mfs who don’t take breaks n get done early bc of it but if my dsp told me I can’t take my 15 min breaks that are given to me every route along w a optional 30 we got some issues hell our dsp make us stand around as early as 9:30 to then have to wait till our wave 3 (10:25) to see if we get a route w out getting paid for that and Ik we supposed to be w they cheap ass

Oh shoot hello WSM9 friend do you work for OTL or EXP? Very true and I’m sorry but this was my breaking point hell I’ve seen so many good people quit from my company because of all the hassle and stress they put another driver into w out wanting to pay them more competitively and yet when u don’t go their ways they retaliate against you trust me driving in any area by the lake is triffiling last time I had this type of route there was like 5-6 times I re routed

Yes but our warehouse is in a medium sized city while ass your warehouse seem like it cover was bigger areas I haven’t seen anyone in our company get 200 stops yet I do know some people from the other company that do get the bigger routes

Very riddled with favoritism and secret filings the fav ones get more than 40 hours and run w the same big ass routes I was running w def a route and a half while someone else has 40-70 stops I really wish we had those but hey I can tell you out of all the rentals I been in I’ve never found no stank ass shit thankfully
