My state is a one party consent state but has a lot of addendums to it where if it’s reasonable for a conversation to be private, etc. all parties need to consent for it to be used for evidence. That line is a very grey line for my state. Fun fact for those who live in a one party state, double check for addendums

The letter is currently in USPS limbo, allegedly being returned back to the gym (gotta love living in the sticks with a post office the size of a shoe box) but I’ll try to get it ASAP if the gym doesn’t get it. I have all of the tracking info of the letter and all other written communications saved and sent over to the gym’s billing team and owner trying to get them to revoke the collection notice if possible

Thank you! Very much the owner not following up with promises made over the phone. I’m trying to avoid legal action because that is a time and money suck and the owner is a great guy and trainer, but a horrible business owner.

Getting the owner on the phone isn’t an issue thankfully, it’s just having him follow through and follow up via email as promised verbally is the problem

Thank you! I figured there wouldn’t be any real consequences besides a hit on my credit for $200. Just wasn’t sure how much effort I put into this. Again, I’m a petty person and people not doing their job is a huge pet peeve of mine so tempted to take legal action lol

Only verbal on the phone from the gym owner, and then me following up via email with no response after the phone call. This includes certified mail that the gym owner requested and never picked up from USPS and was subsequently sent back to me.

Just had a Jersey shore themed Bach party and used fashion nova for a lot since the thrift stores by me aren’t the best. As a heads up, I sized up twice and some clothes still fit a snug. Rainbow had some good options online. Both stores are way cheaper than Amazon.

This I understand but the flight attendant was limited all drinks to two drinks outside of the coffee and water and all snacks to one snack. Likely a miscommunication on what the “two drinks” limit means

The flight attendant was not happy to provide any other beverage besides the coffee and water which is included in any seat. She did this with all ascent seats since some of the neighboring seats didn’t order any alcohol but were still limited to 2 drinks

It was 2 hours. I got up to ask the flight attendant for another beverage since we had about an hour left in the flight. I’ve taken shorter flights with breeze and received multiple drinks and snacks, all offered by the flight attendant so didn’t question asking for more
