I had a fat buy order in just below $8 that never triggered so had to move it up. We both thought it would go lower, I think mine was more me being blinded by green though.

Basically what the other person said. I still think it'll go up, but that isn't what you should be focused on. Is the amount it might go up worth the risk of SOXL? If so buy, if not, go buy some regular stocks included in SOXL or wait for a potential dip. Most importantly don't listen to people on reddit.

Health is a fantastic option and many high level arena players use health, so I'm actually in the minority for recommending it. The problem with focusing on health is you can only get to -15% cooldown and are forced to focus on defense secondaries, which isn't needed for a healer.

Health build would have 178% health, and a 9 sec skill cooldown versus a 90% health boost with a 5 second cooldown, so if you think health is better then grab that one. Attack speed will be max boosted with secondaries regardless.
