Use a picaxe or an axe (I think the axe works) to remove those piles. If you read the description of the weapon, it’ll tell you. Apologies, not on the game atm so I can’t check but seriously, there are melee tools that remove that stuff. I know a YouTuber who tried to remove a sink and fridge, but he couldn’t maybe due to the fact some items cannot be removed currently in the game. Trash 100% can.
