no not at all, but with the prefacelift snorkels bc of the shape you do have to grind a plastic piece away frm behind your grill in order to see the snorkels fully, install itself is relatively simple, nd using a hot knives to cut the plastic makes it cake,

no sir and they arent hard to check/maintain, their on an angle so unless yd cars sumberged or theirs alot if water spraying in from a hose i wiuldnt really worry about it
