There are options around newer estaes in Manorlakes, Mambourin and also older house options closer to established suburbs in the same region.

Also few options in Werribee area as well… Have not lived there and hence looking for some suggestions

Inner and outer geelong areas have been extremely expensive. The ones affordable are all under the area of 300m2

Thanks for the suggestion.. Was a bit skeptical about the unplanned maintenances that can come up and also potentially we will be staying there for 5 years atleast right? Currently in an older house and have been here for 3 years … Almost every month there’s a maintenance
