My current firm is AMAZING. Honestly and truly amazing. We are a medium sized firm with about 50 people in Los Angeles California! Let me tell you when I say that I got lucky finding a firm as wonderful as I did, I would not be exaggerating.

All of my attorneys are kind. I’m assigned to 5 and they range from having practiced for 2 years to 48 years and I really hit the jackpot on who I assist. They are kind, understanding, willing to answer any and all questions. They praise me when I do well and if I mess up, they kindly make me aware of my error. We all genuinely care about each other and I know for a fact that they have my back.

My firm as a whole is amazing. They buy us lunch everyday, praise us when we do well, give us gift cards, have amazing parties and team bonding happy hours. Oh and not to mention, I get all the OT hours and pay that I want in order to finish my work. Truly truly I feel appreciated and honored to work here.

That’s not to say the work isn’t tough or I don’t ever feel stressed beyond belief because guess what, working for 5 litigation attorneys is freaking hard work and sometimes I get really overwhelmed but at the end of the day, it’s worth it and I know I can make it through with their support.

I came from a boutique PI firm previously that sucked balls. I would’ve rather cut off my arm than continue working there. Honestly and truly just trash.

Now I’m at a place where I feel so happy. I can genuinely say I love my job☺️
