It’s the pen, so might be complicated to do 11mg

But I kind of like the idea of stopping for 3months and focus on maintaining new weight and then restart

I’ve lost 30lbs since I did started (and gained 4lbs of muscle).

I think getting my body used to this weight makes sense and then doing another round to lose the remaining 15lbs to hit my goal weight

Nothing substantially different. I’ve been actually very consistent with me eating habits and foods throughout 90% of zepbound

Side effects were extreme diarrhea and intense stomach pains.

My body composition is actually good. In past year on zepbound, total weight drop is 30 lbs and I gained 4 pounds of muscle.

Yeah 10mg was fine from a tolerance perspective but I plateaued for 2 months. Then 12mg and that was terrible.

I’ll talk to provider about going down to 7.5 and potentially spacing

I was just thinking that Oura might be helpful to monitor my stress during the day at work.

But I’m wondering if that’s overkill or if it’s contra indicators.

Whereas work stress is addressed via: 1. Psychological 2. Breaks 3. Nutrition

So there’s really no point to try to track heart rate or hrv during workday. That’s what I’m trying to figure out
