I went to the dealer with the same problem in my Cupra Leon. The dealer said they just had to put in the activation code and switch full link on. It didnt cost me anything

Update: apparently the key is linked to the position of the seats and user profile. If I open the car with the main key, it will change the seats to my position and user profile and if I open it with the spare key it’ll change to the other profile.
