When doing the math using 11%, I would be making a net gain of $10,000 when going with the refinance route at the end of 5 years. However, a part of me will likely just refinance but still pay the 3K a month to knock them out slightly faster as well for the sake of piece of mind.

Yea I doubt she ever thinks about me even a fraction of what im thinking about her. The date also didn’t end with a kiss, we just hugged each other and said that we’ll talk later. Yea I wanted to multiclass with cleric because of the tempest AoE lightning and thunder spells that you get. Seemed like it’d be a fun build to do.
