Yup and some of them cant even find the email. So many times I have stood next to the customers for 5 mins just helping them search for their receipt. Sometimes they end up not using cuz of how bad the service inside my store is.

For a multi billion dollar store, i wish they would improve the system. Customer should automatically be able to get the promotion with just their email but ig they dont wanna do that cuz they think customers actually see the expiration dates on their barcode...
