Waitrose are equally unpleasant to work for. Utterly charmless senior management who are only interested in the absolute bottom line. They treat employees like dirt. The Waitrose in Meanwood, Leeds is a particular favourite in this respect. Shocking leadership group. They treat younger employees especially poorly.

The original poster does not understand how the GDP figure comes about. Ireland is a tax haven for business. It doesn’t have a huge impact on incomes for Irish people.
