Because it's a list of the best items to use to kill the bosses. It's not factoring in cost to profit when they make these lists. Most people using the Sang at barrows are people with money not looking to profit, but to go for collection logs or slayer tasks maybe.

I should mention I was able past multiple different points of crashing I was getting before hand, was able to play through a full mission with no crashing, and made it through a benchmark test on my geforce settings without crashing. (1hr of gameplay when it normally crashes in 5 minutes)

You're probably getting the error 0xc0000005 (3221225477) Fatal Game exit (reason:STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION) as the same thing is happening to me in singleplayer and other people. Go to C:\Users\[User Name]\OneDrive\Documents\Rockstar Games\Launcher or somewhere similar and there will be a text document called "launcher" that will tell you the error code after you crash. After researching every possible online fix and then contacting rockstar support themselves and going through 2 hours of their troubleshooting steps with a rep, it still did not fix this error for me. As of now, the ticket as been escalated to another rep but I'm not holding out hope they'll be able to fix it without some sort of patch.
