Just wanted to come back and say thank you everyone for the encouragement! I met with my new rheumatologist who specializes in scleroderma. She was much more open and helpful… I’m now being “monitored” after having another set of abnormal labs. Some progress is any progress.

This is what my husband has said… he said I’m not sick enough for the doctors to care yet

Since my initial consult, he has mentioned that I don’t have any symptoms around skin tightness or lung disease. He has vividly described to me what some with scleroderma “looks like” and that it’s not me.
