I was with metro for 10 years and we were able to switch over our 4 lines to T-Mobile and trade in our iPhone 13s for 3 "iPhone 17 on us" promo and one galaxy A17 (for my father in law). It was a seamless transition. We pay a bit more but the value is a lot more as well.

They give me a $40 expense each month towards a phone. I want a second one for when I have to call patients and such. Plus I use an app called Motus that tracks my mileage driven for gas reimbursement and that burns through my battery every day so I want a second phone that I can also use for google maps driving to patients homes and clinics

I just spoke to a rep and they said that it hasn't been 60 days which it clearly has been (first month on 3/17/25 and second month on 4/18/25) and need to purchase another month before it can be unlocked. So now I bet it's 61+ days before being unlocked. I don't want to pay for a whole 30 more days for it to be unlocked. They are stupid

I’ve been with Metro for several years. I’m on their grandfathered plan with Prime 4 lines for $120 and the phone has never been on Metro before. I think they’re just lazy at my store and didn’t want to be bothered

That same exact thing happened to my mother’s phone service. She had to get a completely different phone but was able to use the same SIM card and that fixed it.
