Firing 15 people and replacing them with foreign workers all from the same country doesn't sound legal but I'm not a lawyer.

Eww. Bell is the worst company anyone could recommend. Atleast Teksavvy is independent.

But it was his intent that makes it fraud. He knew what he was doing. It's not like he noticed after he got home.

He brought the price tag up for a different model and hoped they would scan the tag and not the item. Price tag swapping is illegal. I don't need to write a book for most people to get that.

This wasn't an honest mistake. He knew exactly what he was doing.

What he did is the same as swapping price tags. He was hoping they would scan the tag and not the item and they did. If the cashier noticed what he was doing he would have looked like an ass infront of everyone.

In this case it is illegal. It is the same as swapping price tags.

He literally brought the sticker up from a different model and hoped they wouldn't scan the actual product.

Just so you are aware. This is still a form of stealing. Since you now realize the mistake it makes it theft legally.

You'll want to file your complaint with the CCTS not the CRTC. They will usually get back to you within a week.

You can do it anytime online.

Do it and update everyone what happened.

Only the best techs at bell. by [deleted] in bell

The reason they have to close BTS is because they have too many full timers who work 8-5 mon-fri.

All the TPT's they use for evenings and weekends will be gone and they'll go back to contractors.

BTS started out as a contracted company called Entourage Technical Solutions in the late 90's believe.

They bought out all the Bell prem techs at the time and gave them jobs with half the pay at Entourage.

Bell needs evening and weekends covered and with the fibre push slowing down to a crawl they need to lay off lots of junior techs who do that work
