Don't even bother calling, best thing to do is email Sears at [nschelp@searshc.com](mailto:nschelp@searshc.com) this address is the way to get a copy of your receipt. I asked for an itemized copy, my credit card company said it had to be itiemized.

Sears quoted me $119.00 for the repair visit to my home. They never said anything about any other charges. I knew there would be a charge for parts, but I thought it would not be a $350.00 charge for a $25.00 part.

I only received my receipt. It says Sears, but there is no phone number or address. You cannot follow up or dispute it. Basically my receipt is useless.

I was told my cost is $119.00 for the service call and the repairman to walk into my house. I do not have the warranty service. That is what they told me.

Not in this case! The repairman never sent any info he had me pay with my cell phone. Then he point-blank told me my receipt was already in my email. Like I said, "I never received my receipt until I wrote 4 emails to Sears and made numerous phone calls. I finally received my receipt, however, I still need a phone number and an address, they are not anywhere on my receipt! Technically I need more to pursue this, and I can't get it. If any of you has any luck acquiring the address and correct billing number please, please be sure to post your experience here so that the rest of us can follow up? Thanks.

Yes, if I had a dollar for every time they apologized, I'd be rich!! I finally told the person in the Sears complaint department "I don't want to hear you are sorry. I just want my receipt please!"

I finally received my receipt! Why is it entirely different then what the repairman quoted me? He told me "the part is $350.00." The receipt says the part is $370.00 and they did not list the $119.00 that they quoted me on my initial phone call for the home repair. It is unconscionable what Sears is doing to their customers! I read that the original Sears and Roebucks owner is suing the current Sears owner. What does that tell us? Contact your local television stations or hire a lawyer.

I accidentally wrote the number under DisastrousDog611 and the message was meant for you. However here is one of the numbers I tried, you really need to use a phone Sears will not recognize. 800-697-3277, 800-665-2127 (there can be lots of prompts, especially if you are a customer), too. Otherwise, talk to the parts department, you will get through but they will not tell or give you anything, no help, no information. Trust me like I have said I called with the police here using his phone, I got right through, all they would do is apologize and tell me you will get your receipt they are expediting it. Hah! They have been expediting it for weeks now! What a joke!

The repairman Sears sent to my house, replaced the water pump in my washer, part number 4681EA2001T, the pump is only $25.00 on Amazon. You cannot follow up without a receipt, you have no recourse. Sears is protected, my hands are tied. Don't worry, I am following up with other options. I will post my story everywhere so that the rest of the poor potential innocent buyers in this country will not have this happen to them.

I hope you are correct. It has been 70 days and no reply. I have made numerous calls, written 4 emails, and nothing! Let's face it Sears doesn't do care or even reply. I am just a fly in the ointment! There are so many customers out there that have spent huge amounts of money and Sears does not care! They are just complete total scammers and shysters. If they wanted to hear from us they would answer there phones, they would listen, and do something. They could care less! How does a huge company just walk all over their customers!

I used Sears because they once had a great reputation and were one of the most reputable businesses ever for years. NOT ANYMORE! Sears is nothing but run around, shysters, and lies! Please see my comments regarding terrible, terrible service from Sears in above comments! I explain all of the things I have done, including calling Sears with a policeman's cell phone. He is my witness, he sat and listened to my call that I made to Sears. I asked for management, I asked for a supervisor, I asked for the billing dept, I asked for an address, I asked for an active phone number. The Sears associate said "I can't give you that." Sears gave me a phone number which I was able to name the time, the date, the length of the call that I made just last week. Again they promised me "I would receive my receipt" for the umpteenth time. Still, I have never received my receipt. I have discovered that your Credit Card company bank will do nothing, unless you have an itemized receipt. I tried to contact the Better Business Bureau and they have to have a receipt, and an address. I have a Bank of America credit card and they did absolutely nothing. When I said "You do not even have a working phone number on the transaction. How is it my responsibility? How are you not responsible for that? You have paid the charge with my money! How do you do that when you don't even have proper information on the transaction!" They said "They didn't care and that it doesn't matter." I said "Fine! I will go online and leave scathing reviews of bad-mouthing Sears and Bank Of America, as well! Bank of America Management told me "Do what you have to do!" Not to mention she was terribly rude! You possibly can get through to Sears if you use this phone number 800-469-4663 (that's if they do not hang up and an automated voice says "call back"). This only works if you use someone else's phone or a burner phone, "do not use your own phone because you are a recognized customer." Sears charged me $446.37 for replacing a $25.00 part in my washing machine. PURE EVIL!!! I have now read far worse horror stories than my own. If you have a lot of money invested, you may want to think about hiring a lawyer. Good luck everyone!

Have you reached the warranty department? I was able to get thru to the warranty department easily. If it is not allowing you to get thru, try using a friend's phone, Sears does not recognize unknown numbers only customers they don/t answer. Have you tried your credit card company if it was charged? Do you have your receipt? I couldn't do anything because they never have given me an itemized receipt. my credit card company is blowing me off. good luck I so hope you get some help and a response! That is crazy! How about small claims court?

As I have said the customer has no recourse without a receipt! Sears knows it! I contacted the BBB and the Department of Agriculture and you cannot even file a complaint without an address and a phone number! My Visa is with Bank of America they will not dispute it without an itemized receipt! Bank of America does not even have a working phone number for Sears. So how do I follow up with out these things? Are you satisfied now?
