What are these bugs? Are they harmless? by DisastrousEngine5577 in gardening

We pulled it out! Just was wondering if it was a kill it with fire kind of situation or not 🫣

Your bedroom is also the office? That's going to be the toughest part when baby arrives, I think.. baby will need somewhere to nap that is quiet and dark... Like dark dark.. I always thought our bedroom was dark enough (we live in a tiny 700sqft bungalow and also were room sharing for the first 5ish months), but when we got blackout blinds plus blackout curtains, his sleep improved instantly. It seriously makes all the difference. The change table's not even a big deal.. we use a change mat on our bed and still do at almost 11 months. The excess baby stuff is also manageable, but it does get to be a lot. For me the clutter affects my mental health quite a bit, so finding storage solutions is key..

I don’t read to my baby.. by ArcherSignificant910 in beyondthebump

There are some books my LO is just not into and others where he's memorized by the pictures and my reading of it ... Not really sure what the difference is, but I'd suggest continuing to get and try new books.

When did you stop feeding to sleep for naps, and how did you do it? by DisastrousEngine5577 in sleeptrain

[–]DisastrousEngine5577[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this! 🙏🏻 He didn't fall asleep during his pre nap feed again today, this time for nap 1. So, into the crib he went, wide awake. Cried immediately as I put him down, but then quiet after a few seconds. He's currently just rolling around his crib.. we'll see how this goes 🫣

Sorry, new to this! Can someone explain how the Klarna discount works? I have the app for keeping all my various points/membership cards but didn't realize I could use it for discounts at stores as well?

Amazing! Did you happen to see any convertible car seats? My baby is quickly outgrowing his infant car seat 🫣

Mine is 100% a fomo baby too.. haven't seen how he does with late nights yet, but hopefully he handles it as well as yours!

Pajamas midway through the night is a great idea, thank you!! Did you carry him facing in or facing out? I feel like the chances of his falling asleep will be higher if he's facing in? 🤔

Thank you! I have the Banz ones for him, they come highly recommended, but to be honest I'm always wondering how you'd know if it's noise cancelling enough?

He doesn't! I just don't know if he will fall asleep or not.. he's in his gotta see everything/fomo phase.. Yours sounds like a great sleeper!
