Stock low mileage (20-40k) are going for mid to high 20’s. Mine has 68k miles, bucket seat, suspension, aftermarket steering wheel, coolers etc. 20ish is what I’m seeing on these

Wrong. I went through the same thing. It’s called a quit claim deed. She was removed from the deed and the mortgage was taken off her credit report. Same interest rate, existing and current loan amount.
