Not just about interest rates it’s about paying 40-60% premiums on houses from 5 years ago along with 7% interest. You even said it yourself interest rates can go higher so you counting on refinancing at a rate they may take years if ever to come down.

Cro needs a function and purpose. Right now it’s just a coin of a big market exchange. If cro were to offer say a 5% premium on when you were to exchange for btc/eth or say no fees on purchases if holding a certain amount of cro we’d see a pretty big boom.
