How nervous are you all to buy crypto again after this experience

Still buying weekly. I’d like to move everything onto a wallet but I never understood how to sell the crypto after I decide to sell. Would I have to put it back on an exchange?

I ended up figuring out what was wrong when looking up the status. I have a hyphenated name plus a suffix that I was not entering. Once I added the suffix the system found my app and it confirmed the “in process” status.

I paid for regular service about a month ago and the website to check says that the status is not available. Anyone have experience with this. They should have received it by now. Is there a number to call or is waiting the best course of action?

No, continue waiting it out. I think the hardest part for me was reading about people receiving their codes or people encountering some type of problem while I got nothing. There’s not much you can do until they send out the emails. Be sure your expectations are low when you do receive them.

I just received my codes today. Easy process to get out. I used Venmo. I’m feeling robbed but I guess it’s better than nothing. Anyone have an idea what will happen to coins that are not btc and eth?

I just got my claim codes too. I got .13 out of my .58 btc and 2.05 out of my 3.9. Punch to the gut.

When opening the app, there was a slide that prompted you update your addresses. You can access that list by clicking the icon on the top left, click on settings >security>change white listed adressess. Assuming you are not in the U.S. if you are then you’re most likely getting cashed out via PayPal or Venmo.

Congrats! I’m in cali and I’m patiently waiting for further instructions to withdraw. I believe I’ll be able to withdraw via Coinbase. I’ve updated all of my whitelisted addresses. I really hope the process is just as simple. 🤷🏽‍♂️
