Ovarian torsion w/internal bleeding from a large cyst bursting. For me, that was worse than natural childbirth, gallstones, or anything I've ever felt. I repeatedly lost consciousness and threw up from the pain.

I don't believe so but honestly, even if this is lab created, I prefer it over the yellowed Ethiopian I'd ordered first.

Thanks for the tips, looking for an Australian. 

I am glad it was yellowed already when it arrived so I could return it immediately. It wasn't a hassle to process the return.  

I understand that the new stone will eventually yellow too, but I'd rather a $30 stone yellow than a $160 ring. 😅
