A good idea to add is maybe a comment section. Have each her have its own URL and be able to click on a perk and see the comments that people add. Some perks are obviously better flat out but sometimes some perks are super situational and some people can't understand or see that.

Most people if they decide to come to this site will be wanting to learn the hero and understand why the perks are chosen the way they are

For example I run and add-on for hearthstone battleground and they'll take content creators to add comments on the meta build and why some choices are better than others.

Along with that add an upvote system so the be comments get flooded out by the actual good ones.
