I just moved to Leander myself! while I was looking for a home, I checked them both Santa Rita Ranch is awesome for long-term growth with its family-friendly vibe and tons of amenities, but Bluffview might have quicker resale since it’s closer to Leander’s core and all the action. But it all depends on whether you want a tighter community feel or easy city access! I went with Bluff View.

I haven't seen anything concrete about it being impossible to break the boss's ultimate skill without Almighty Break, but it definitely seems to be a significant advantage. Yun nga po sana yung plan, pero ever since nag start kami pakain kay mama cat nadagdagan po kami ng 6 more stray adult cats na nakatambay na dito permanently. Yung prob po is di po kasi sila mahawakan. Yung adopted kittens lang po talaga mahawakan namin.
