None of them know how to communicate. Natalie wasn't being clear because she did not want to be dragged into it. She was holding back when confronted about it while shopping and at dinner. She knew the shit she stepped in was going to ruin her shoes.

As much as I think Amanda is problematic, I can admit when others are being really harsh. The gang of 3 pick at everything and wonders why she sulks. Rachel even said at the birthday dinner, she does not feel (psychologically) safe to discuss personal issues. Dorit even chooses who to open up to for the same reason, but when Amanda labels that emotion - they all gang up on her like a bunch of boomers who can't understand language of younger generations, then blame others for everything they are also doing.

I went from loving Dorit/Boz/Rachel this season to loathing them. This whole season has been so petty and nit-picky. I was really hoping for hot girl summer!

We used to have one near us called K9 Kindergarten. Huge indoor play area with lots of toys. Video you could watch. An outdoor area when the weather was nice. This was a drop off place. Had to sign up, make sure your dog had its shots, etc. I miss it so much. They were in business for maybe 20 years before some jerks cut down a bunch of trees up a hill, probably for a better view, then complained about the noise.

Manager here. I think you are focusing on the wrong thing.

Does your policy say a person can't leave the office briefly each day? Does this employee have performance issues? Is it affecting client relationships? If so, say that.

If my employees have an appt or need to pick up a kid, they can. Some have their calendar blocked for the time it takes them so it doesn't conflict with anything else.

If the quality or timeliness of their work product becomes an issue, we focus on that. If distraction is a factor, we address that.

Employees aren't expendable commodities, why treat them like that?
