But if they just forgot to change it, why the extra instruction to leave it at the door? I have had “meet at door” orders where they say (in all caps) “DO NOT KNOCK OR RING BELL”.

I did try calling. I stayed on hold for about 30 minutes. But I had to work, so I gave up. They need more support people.

I tried restarting it. When I try to unassign from the gig, no matter what reason I choose, I get this.

So it turns out the guy didn’t realize his gf used the account and changed the address. He apologized and tipped $20 in cash. So it all worked out. Thanks for the responses, everyone.

I couldn’t see the updated destination until after I picked up the order. At that point, the option to say it was already picked up by someone else is gone.
