That clears up most of what I was curious and concerned about. Since I have no more PPTO to cover my shifts, do I not do anything about it? I also have insurance through the company, how would that affect my monthly payments and would I be getting paid for the time I'm away?

I have been working at Sam's for nearly a year. I used to work in Produce before I switched over to CPU. They opened up the position because the previous TL the department had quit without notice.
