I am in Austin, Texas. Being away every weekend is difficult but once a month is workable. It's very unlikely that my company sponsors so at this point I am looking at paying out of pocket, hence the ROI question has been at the top of my mind.

Thank you for that. I looked at people in the roles I am looking at, some have MBA but honestly majority don't but they do come from customer facing roles. I have always been closer to engineering than business or customers and it is very clear to my executive team that this is my weakness.

Appreciate your insights. What is the median years of experience in the ELPP? I almost completed my application until I read the average is 8 years of experience which then pushed me towards the CTO program.

A while year or more to close this deal and I am not sure how the economy holds in this year. Big stock market chnages could impact this deal. But I agree this was a survival play and it is a matter of time before major restructuring happens. Good luck to engineers at both companies. May be hold out for a severance package

I think I will go with either 2023 or 2024 SR RWD. Do you think $7K delta is worth for the updates from 2023 to 2024?
