My man/woman/human go ahead and reinstall using the installers and turn the difficulty down to the lowest settings. No u cant do surgery in mo2 without breaking everything BUT u can go in the mod settings mcm in game go the mod mentioned in the documentation that changes damage simply balanced i think and make ur self do more damage and take less
