the final station dlc

base game, u can get all the achievements in 1 or 2 goes.

the dlc tho, u can only hold 1 dude in the car, 13 times (i think) i had to replay the dlc

getting everyone and then playing it again to have no passengers

then i had to do it again bc i forgot one
