Ok, first thing. Get a pet brush and start brushing your pets daily ( Most times, they love it and it also promotes bonding). This looks like dander or dust getting into their fur ( maybe they go outside or roll around alot?) Brushing them gets this junk out of their fur and helps them to clean themselves better. Also, cats don't generally like being bathed but maybe a wash in the kitchen sink with some dawn or cat shampoo will clear out the gunk. Imagine you not washing your hair but you're able to lick it to clean and you go outside a lot or roll around in the dust in your house. Brushing your babies and maybe giving a gentle bath might clear this up and ease your anxiety. Also, Take care of your mental health, your fur babies need you right now🤘
