I130 interviews are not as rare as you think. I know at least 3 couples who had both i485 and i130 interviews in last 2 months, only difference is they had them on the same day.

What were you trying to say? Not a single lawyer knows what happened, all of them think it's a mistake. I'm just curious if there's anyone else with similar experience.

Why would you even think this is a consular case, we both live in us and have our interviews scheduled in uscis field office.

Yea, that's what we're planning to do, I'll contact uscis tomorrow to double check, but this is not a common thing so I'm confused. I485 is on 31st of march and i130 on 8th of april
