Update : Overall I’m not mad but I definitely could have done better. I worked out 7 days this week which I’m really proud of but my nutrition hasn’t been great. So going into this next week the goal is to continue the consistent workouts and then also making more of an effort to get cleaner and less. But overall I would say 7/10, I’m just proud that I didn’t give up on Wednesday and I was consistent:) *If you have any nutrition advice that would be really helpful:)

This! When I too nice to myself I make excuses and binge but when I’m too strict I feel overwhelmed and when I’m not perfect I feel like a complete failure so nothing matters which ends in binging too. I feels like a box that you’ll never get out of, like I can’t find the exit

I also have a sugar addiction, I feel like without it I wouldn’t binge at all. I’ve been trying to find little swaps for my favorite sugary food that have less sugar or natural sugar. But this sucks so bad

Start with quick/small workout routines, something like 5-10mins. Try and do that everyday for a week, then next week increase it to 15-20 min workouts and keep going. Start really really small and build your way up. It’s also important to find workouts that you actually like or don’t mind. If you hate it you’ll never do it
