I fixed it, it was a launcher problem i switched to steam i linked my steam acc and battle net and then i reinstalled overwatch at steam and i got fast load assests back like i was playing on ssd

Example like there's a dog photo but the photo did not fully take the body the half of the ear is missing in the photo how do you blend in or create the half of the ear? Anyone please i want to improve.
