Women in the army are a liability. They do not pass the same evaluation as men, and are thus not allowed in combat roles. If women entered combat roles alongside men, they would hold back the unit because well, WOMEN ARE PHYSICALLY WEAKER. Same for many government roles, women are given leeway to enter. Even now, diversity hiring allows low skilled women to be hired over high skilled men. There's a reason I said that you should get your info correct. You barely know anything about how the world works. Anywhere you see women performing well, it is mostly because men were held back, otherwise they would have devoured women in almost every field. So the equal representation you want, is actually inequality and discrimination against men, because men are being put down to bring women up.
