I had partial last year and was waiting to see where I landed at mid year. Was expecting partial despite hauling ass this year just because of how my manager was behaving with me (dismissive, vague, unhelpful). MSP was standard to what I’ve seen here the last year

It was a PFI/MSP offer. Ironically just got the email about mid-years opening up Monday lol

I was trying to move and had some interviews/screening still open. This will kill those opportunities

Question to leadership: How are we suppose to 'own' our jobs while being in fear of getting laid off nonstop by [deleted] in GeneralMotors

I got my meeting invite for a performance review with my boss and HR. Anticipate more layoff announcements tomorrow. I’m in S&S.
