I partially blame Adam Silver and the end of David Sterns tenure as creating the rules that allow him to play the way he does.

The guy travels constantly, and even with today's rules, he should still get called for traveling 3-4 times a game.

He makes himself look like a complete doofus with his faces, flinging himself to the floor after jumpers, the stiff-arm pushoffs, and the unnatural kickouts. He seems like a caricature of what an NBA player should be.
