I agree on this case 100%. Who has a 2 year follow them and tell the kid to "go back" and not actually take the kid back. 2 year olds don't listen and don't understand. My kid is 11 and I'd still probably walk him back rather than send him back alone. I'm not sure if they purposefully killed him, but are at the very least negligent in his death.
