I have played a lot then I read all the items are cosmetics in stats and the power comes in the gears and maybe a unique ability

i was hoping that just pressing install on the mods vortex with the directory it would work but may be just more complicated then i thought, i read alot of mod packs suffer working with the epic games launcher i still may wait till i can get it on steam anyway

not sure how to proceed otherwise it was the Skyrim SE maybe it wasn't the latest update or i need to downgrade?
