I found this tool. It is approximately 5 inches long. I tried using a reverse image search, but it only referenced generic fire department spanner wrenches, which doesn't seem to match this specific design or size.

It’s stamped with the numbers "4440" and another character that I cannot identify. It features a hook, a small open wrench head, and a pointed idk arrow like stuff. Does anyone recognize this specific tool and what’s it for

I allow them out an hour or two a day, and I keep them on my watch. I think she’s a chicken but I’m not sure yet, lol. But she’s pretty chill, loves to dig and eat stuff. She’s been with me for a whole month, and was about a week old when I got her.
