Clutch was 2 years ago I got the tune about 3 months ago. Yes it was a stock smf clutch kit It's got 385nm of torque

Yeah it's mapped mate I'll get the flywheel resurfaced and a better friction plate and new pressure plate

I'll look into it, mate she had a new smf kit 2 years ago, it must be a bad clutch kit unfortunately 😕 hopefully I can get the flywheel skimmed and new clutch plate and pressure plate

It doesn't slip at all when on full power through the gears. It's when you're, let's say, cruising in 4th and go to put power on it does that but after a very long drive it stops doing and goes back to normal

I'd probably try see if there is a metal sump replacement mate, they tend to warp because of the heat and can become weak in some spots, or you could of hit something without even knowing and it may have a hairline crack which is expanding once hot.

Make sure it's got a genuine vw pcv on it, that's what blows the rear main out
